The fourth company recognized in the last nine years

This annual program was created by Seattle Business magazine and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize and honor the best employers Washingtonwhich benefits the economy, workforce and businesses of the area.

To be considered for participation, companies had to have a facility in Washington statehave at least 15 employees working in eligible counties and have been in business for at least one year.
Companies from all over the world Washington embarked on a two-part research process to determine Washington’s Companies for work. The first part consisted of an evaluation of the policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics of each nominated company. This part of the process is worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.
The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined results determined the best companies and the final ranking. The Best Companies Group managed the entire registration and survey process in Washingtonthey analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
The companies will be recognized in the January/February issue of Seattle Business magazine.
